The new SLD (Semiconductor Laser Diode) laser module has been specifically designed to meet the needs of service centers that require superior optical quality, reliability and ultra-stable wavelength and output power.
We produce laser modules in two versions:
– as a new laser module in our custom housing for all types of Noritsu lasers
(A / A1 / B / B1 / fF)
– as an internal component (replacement unit) for the original Shimadzu or Showa laser modules.
We also upgrade the original Shimadzu or Showa laser modules from the obsolete DPSS to the ultimate SLD design.

All our new laser modules with SLD design have:
1) a new optical element.
2) a reliable semiconductor laser diode (SLD) with a wavelength of 462 nm (blue) or 530 nm (green).
3) tiny circuit boards with high intelligent control with additional protective circuits to ensure the reliability of all internal electronics.

LASER MODULE PRODUCTION
Laser modules for AGFA mini-laboratories equipped with solid-state lasers (SSL) were developed in the late 90s of the 20th century, have an outdated design with a pump diode (DPSS) and many internal components also often fail at to the end of their life.
Due to their complicated design, they are one of the most difficult to restore, so we do not repair them, but completely replace all the internal contents with our semiconductor laser module insert unit.
From the old module, only the housing and cable remain.
But, in case you wish, you can always order a new module of our production and use it in your laboratory. Many customers use our laser module, and this number is constantly growing.
You have a choice: buy new laser made by minilablaser.com or obtain an upgraded original Shimadzu or Showa laser module. All new and upgraded laser modules have the same semiconductor diode basis (SLD) with the same reliability.
