Refund Policy
When refunds are not possible
1. Refund is not possible when you simply do not like the shape, design or anything else that is not related to the core functionality of the product.

9. Refund is not possible for a digital product due to the nature of digital products. So all sales are final. Please be sure that your selected product(s) will meet your needs prior to purchase.
Replacement
If your laser or AOM driver was broken during transportation we can ship a new replacement as soon as we receive the original and damaged unit back to us.

Returns
All sales are final. All laser modules for mini laboratories can be returned within seven (7) days of receiving the product for a full refund, minus the shipping costs and a 50% lab fee. In the case that the actual cost of shipping incurred by minilablaser.com is higher than that shown on the sales receipt, including in the case of “free shipping”, the actual shipping costs incurred by minilablaser.com will be deducted from the refund amount. The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs of receiving the item from minilablaser.com and returning the item to our facility.
The seven (7) days are calculated according to tracking information and effective from the time that the product arrives at the purchaser’s location to the time that the item is scanned by the courier to be sent back to our location. Minilablaser.com reserves the right to hold any returned product for testing for up to four (4) weeks if an inspection is deemed necessary by minilablaser.com before making a decision as to whether or not the item qualifies for a refund.

Guarantee
The Warranty period for Noritsu laser modules of type B/B1 and Fujifilm laser modules is three years from the date of delivery of the module to the Buyer. The Warranty period for Noritsu laser modules of type A/A1 is two years from the date of delivery of the module to the Buyer. The Warranty period for Agfa and Durst (SSL design) laser modules is one year from the date of delivery of the module to the Buyer. All sales of laser modules are on an exchange basis. Buyer’s responsibility is to return an old defective module to the Vendor’s exchange fund after replacement. The vendor bears no guarantee obligations if no defective module received from the Buyer within one month after installation.

Our lasers and all other products are sold “as-is” product and we do not follow any standards of assembling, soldering, etc. process.
All minilablaser.com products are assembled in our workshop and tested before shipment. That is why the final design and components might look different.
If your unit shipping is delayed, it is only because we do additional tests to make sure the product is 100% reliable and safe.
Shipping policy
By default, we use a regular mail service or EMS (upon availability) to deliver the goods to our customers.
In urgent cases, we can use DHL/UPS/TNT for delivery of our products by additional charge.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
Please note that P.O. Boxes are NOT valid for delivery for items by any express service. Buyer agrees to provide a standard street address during checkout, or the order is subject to cancellation.
It is not possible to change a delivery address after payment is received without entirely canceling the transaction.
