Refund Policy

When refunds are not possible
1. Refund is not possible when you simply do not like the shape, design or anything else that is not related to the core functionality of the product.
The product might look different from the pictures on the Internet when you get it. If you want to double check, please ask us to send a photo before shipment. For some products, we use a placeholder which may not correspond to the actual look of the product.
2. Refund is not possible if the parcel was damaged in shipping. Please make insurance for transportation at your side.
3. Refund is not possible if a courier collected the parcel, we have sent you a tracking number and the item was lost by delivery services while shipping. We bear no responsibility for damage or loss of our products during transportation.
4. Refund is not possible if you failed to install the laser on your photofinishing equipment due to a lack of experience in laser module installation and laser beam fine adjustment (even if follow our instructions).
All laser modules supposed to be installed and adjusted by qualified personnel, certified by Noritsu Koki Ltd or Fujifilm Holdings Co. with a good knowledge of laser beam fine adjustments procedures. The installation manual supplied with a laser module issued just for reference of some steps only and cannot be a direct guide for the whole process of installation because each installation work depends on many factors such as a position of the original module's base, its beam alignment, and direction, condition of the laser unit's components (AOM crystal, polygon mirror, etc).
5. Refund is not possible if you tried to change something in the schematic, design, etc.
6. Refund is not possible if our product tampered in any way, or if there are any components, paperwork, or accessories missing or damaged.  In this case, the item will be sent back to the purchaser at his/her expense.
7. Minilablaser.com will not entertain any cancellation, refund, or exchange of products due to the customer's change of mind or if the customer ordered the wrong product due to the customer's mistakes once payment is accepted.
8. Refund is not possible if any of our products have been used. All items for refund must be in brand-new condition, unused, and with original cables, stickers, tags, and packaging.
9. Refund is not possible for a digital product due to the nature of digital products. So all sales are final. Please be sure that your selected product(s) will meet your needs prior to purchase.
10. Refund is not possible if payment was made via PayPal and the item was shipped to the PayPal-verified address shown in the transaction, but the buyer failed to receive it due to an outdated or incorrect address in their PayPal account.
In accordance with PayPal Seller Protection Policy, we are required to ship exclusively to the verified address provided by PayPal at the time of payment.
The buyer is solely responsible for maintaining a current and accurate shipping address in their PayPal profile.
No rerouting, address changes, or refunds will be offered in such cases - even if a different address was entered during checkout on our website.
 

 Replacement
If your laser was broken during transportation, we can ship a new replacement as soon as we receive the original and damaged unit back to us.
We will provide a replacement for an extra charge (the charge depends on the level of damage) and will also charge extra for shipping costs.

Returns
All sales are final. All laser modules for mini laboratories can be returned within seven (7) days of receiving the product for a full refund, minus the shipping costs and a 50% lab fee. In the case that the actual cost of shipping incurred by minilablaser.com is higher than that shown on the sales receipt, including in the case of "free shipping", the actual shipping costs incurred by minilablaser.com will be deducted from the refund amount. The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs of receiving the item from minilablaser.com and returning the item to our facility.

The seven (7) days are calculated according to tracking information and effective from the time that the product arrives at the purchaser's location to the time that the item is scanned by the courier to be sent back to our location. Minilablaser.com reserves the right to hold any returned product for testing for up to four (4) weeks if an inspection is deemed necessary by minilablaser.com before making a decision as to whether or not the item qualifies for a refund.

How do I return a product?
Please contact us first if you decide you would like to return your product. If you have decided to return your product within the 7-day timeframe, we will send you a return authorization form with instructions on how to send your product. We will issue you an RMA # at this time. Any products sent back to our facility without an RMA # will be refused by our returns department.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will notify you within 3-5 business days on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
You will receive the credit as soon as the payment processor makes it available.

Guarantee 
The Warranty period for Noritsu laser modules and Fujifilm laser modules is one year from the date of delivery of the module to the Buyer. All sales of laser modules are on an exchange basis. The buyer's responsibility is to return an old defective module to the Vendor's exchange fund after replacement. The vendor bears no guarantee obligations if no defective module is received from the Buyer within one month after installation.

​Other
All minilablaser.com products are assembled in our workshop and tested before shipment. That is why the final design and components might look different.
If your unit shipping is delayed, it is only because we do additional tests to make sure the product is 100% reliable and safe.

Shipping policy

We ship worldwide using regular mail, EMS (where available), or express couriers (DHL, UPS, TNT) for urgent orders at an additional cost.

Important: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

P.O. Boxes are NOT accepted for express delivery (DHL/UPS/TNT). You must provide a valid street address during checkout, or the order may be canceled.

Critical: PayPal Shipping Address Rule

PayPal payments: Shipment only to a PayPal-verified address.
- If you pay via PayPal, we are required by PayPal’s Seller Protection Policy to ship exclusively to the address verified and displayed in the PayPal transaction.
We cannot and will not ship to any other address — even if you specify a different one during checkout.
Сhanging the shipping address after payment is impossible without canceling the entire transaction.

This is a mandatory security rule to prevent fraud and ensure seller protection.
Please update your verified address in PayPal before purchasing.
