Recently, one of our dealers shared an interesting case that occurred in one of the laboratories.
Suddenly, purple light appeared on the same place in any photograph, regardless of the size of the photo paper.
Changing photo paper cassettes also did not help.

It turned out that during the repair of the laboratory a protective cover was removed from one of the electronic circuit boards and the green LED illuminated a strictly defined area of photo paper.
After return of the cover to its place, the problem disappeared.
